Wanting help with mid/adc

I'll keep it short and sweet, been playing for a while now and feel comfortable with my jungle (main) and support but am clearly lackluster with the mid and adc roles. Looking to go into ranked but won't do so until I'm a bit better in those roles.

Looking for someone willing to take a bit of time to show me the ropes and possibly play a few games with/against them. Favorite mids are ziggs, cho, and kayle. Adc are vayne, miss fortune, and trist. I really enjoy the competitive side of the game and learning so if you're up for educating I'd like to learn from some of the experienced players out there.
