Lending a helping hand to adc's!

Ok so i have been an adc main for the longest time- i've written a few guides i've worked with different supports. I keep up to date on the meta and love helping so im available to coach anyone in bronze/silver who needs help getting out but can't seem to adc well enough to carry.
