So with the shift of the meta to fighters and and the ever prevalent sated builds adc is an even more "blow upable" role. In the past meta we all picked late game carries like and but those will not due anymore. We need to be able to defend oursleves from these insta kills in one way. Kill them faster. The best way to do this are to play the champs that burst hard so try to learn champs like and . Now of coarse if you can win lane and get yourself fed hyper carries will still work. However doing that will be harder with ganks from the jng. Anyway i hope this helps and let the adc role not become useless until the next shift in meta!!

IKR last I checked Varus was classified as a poke-type ADC.

The proper way to play Varus is not just poke with his Q. get the stacks of your w to three then hit them with and ability. This does massive burst damage.

Oh absolutely. Graves is by far the best for this sort of thing but im just naming varus as an option.

Cait and Graves q both do dmg.

Cait and Graves w both do dmg, cait's w stuns.

Cait and Graves e are both gap closers with a slow, only Cait's e does dmg.

Cait and Graves r are both long range dmg'ing moves, only Graves can hit 2 ppl, and both more reliably.

I play both, wouldn't Cait have as much if not more Burst then Graves with the range on her auto to weave in more basic attacks? Mechanically Graves can rotate his spell combo more effectively, but being e + q'd by a caitlyn Dropping a trap right on your fight and opening up with Auto's basically forces you to side step or retreat.

Cait's w is not a stun it is a root there is a huge difference in the 2 types of cc. Graves e is in no way a slow, it is a short range dash that gives him an AS steroid for a short time. Also Graves ult can hit more than 2 people cause after the initial hit the damage spreads in a cone AoE. Please research abilities and what they properly do before posting next time.

graves has more reliable burst than graves, cait has more reliable sustained damage

ya im already seeing this had a stalemate bot lane as jinx got my averice blade and bf sword top garen who built like a true fighter only got about half his hp down with support help before i died thanks for keepin the dream flowin!
