Don't feed: Your teammates aren't as good as you, so you should be a good role model.
You're stuck there unfairly: We all know we should be in a higher ELO, but remember that Riot put you in that ELO to show the other people how much better you are than them
Make friends: Try to make friends with the people on your team. I know its hard to associate yourself with lower tier players, but doing it will help you win games.
Learn every role: It is important to know every role when you play in a low ELO. Because there's always one guy that will take your position and feed. So you need to know how to carry in every role, so you win more.
Have fun: Having fun is hard to do when you are playing with bad players. But it is essential if you want to win. Joke around with your teammates, but don't let them have too much fun. Make them remember who the more dominant player is... Kappa

1 surefire way to get out of your Elo:

Lose a lot of games... You will definitely drop out of your current Elo. :)

At this moment i am leveling another account of mine to plat and when i was going though silver 4 to gold 4 so many people are bad in general and the other team is just a lot worst.

1 - Learn how to trade in lane ( if you cant trade then don't trade and just farm as much CS as you can)

2 - Ward/pink and where are key spots ( most guides or maps give shitty spots when so many champions know where to show up, learn what champions the enemy has and ward accordingly)

3 - Always defend objectives or snipe ( Never just give something for free)

4 - Don't team fight when the enemy team has a champion 4 levels higher then anyone on your team ( this irks me. So many games where people say we have to group. Its not going to happen)

5 - Push lanes. Don't Farm/last hit after lane phase. (When a tower is down in any lane, Laning phase is over. Take tower and roam if you can)

6 - Don't Chase ( if you have no vision chasing someone there is going to be an ambush)

7 - minimize your champions pool ( Stop choosing champions you don't play. So many people out there with single game lost per champions in there roster adding over 30 or more lost games)

8 - Stop counter picking your self ( why would you pick nasus into a gnar )

9 - Never blame anyone, but yourself if no one pings. ( if you ward properly and pay attention to where people are on the map then you are golden. Pushing out is a good indicator to look at your map)

10 - Learn to not rely on jungler ( people say easy kill so much, if its an easy kill then kill it your self. Basically if you can feed yourself you will carry the game even harder)

With just these comments you should be able to hit gold easy.

I have tons more to say, but its to much.
