I posted my lolking link btw if you want to comment on any of my builds and rune pages. The bottom line is I want to know if any higher elo players can give me advice on how to carry better in ranked. I do well almost all the time and the same goes for who ever I duo with really but how can I help carry other lanes that aren't doing as well as mine? I try to roam and create as much map presence for myself as possible but I just cant seem to carry some of the people I run into. Maybe i'm just not good enough to be gold idk. Well, i cant really judge on your rank games, because i only two draven games, BUT. The key to winning SoloQ isnt playing ADC, like some might think. Like all ADCS, you need a support to feed you the kills (basically setting you up to carry). From my gold smurf, most supports play passive or do nothing in lane at all. Try picking up Mid and Jungle, they can snowball games alot harder. For example, knowing when to Roam is key to getting yourself or your team a kill. Roam when you shove the lane to the turret, if you don't you may be setting harm to yourself, if your gank isn't successful. Pick up RED TRINKLET, usually on 3rd buy usually when you have some damage items this will allow you to set up more better roams. Tank Jungle/TOP is also incredibly strong ATM, , lets you have a very good mid game. DON'T TILT, usually when i have a bad game, i pop up some hearthstone for a while. Hi, I don't play top much but when I do the biggest problem I have is shutting down a Nasus, especially when my team needs a tank. The best result I've had (barring the teemo) is with pantheon where I can keep him to around 100 stacks by 15 minutes, but as soon as he gets some armor my mana runs out faster than his health. If neither jungle or support is tanky then even this option is out the window.

My best champs top are Fiora and Shyvanna, but from experience Shyv can't force trades without pushing the lane and Fiora just dies as soon as Nasus gets a cloth armor. Some insight to this long standing problem I have would be appreciated, thanks!

Playing what your team needs isnt always the best idea. Yes, your team may need a tank top which can contribute alot in your comp. Although, the thing about playing against a Nasus is pressure. Pantheon destroys Nasus early, but once he gets some cdr and amour his stacks gets out of control easily.

Try , this guy is king of bullying and damage which is what you need, he doesnt fall off late and can push and bully a MELEE out of lane. If you are thinking about picking up Rumble, be sure to use his passive overheat to do some nasty Autos as well. (your goal isnt to overheat all the time, but its a good lvl 4-5 auto bully). He does miracles at lvl 6 tps with his equalizer. If you want to keep Pantheon as your top pick, be sure to start taking big objectives where nasus not grouping will turn his team. Push tier 1 turrets, because you have the one up advantage. You pressure the map, his team gets punished for him stacking. Try picking up Black Cleaver if Nasus gets out of control in mid game, peel back for your team while using that passive to weaken his amour values for your ad to kill him.

This also helps if your team decides to pick up Nami when playing against him, her q,e, and ult kit works against nasus like a charm.

Am i bad if I lose lane against a Cait & Nautilus as Vayne (me) & Thresh? It's not like i fed or anything but I got zoned so hard that I was 20 cs behind when the tower went down.

Also how would you advise on trades in this matchup? Should I just all in her when she tries to poke me since I have my w or should I just keep attacking until my W is procced and then back off?

Cait and Nautilus is a Vayne Wrecking Combo, If you want to trade effectively start out with one auto and if she Q's, Q to your left or right to dodge it; then auto and e. If she doesn't q, just do 2 autos and e and run back, since your e procs a silver bolt counting for an additional auto attack, when you have 2 marked the e will do the e damgage as well as a quick auto after it. It is important for you to do 2 autos b4 using your e unless you are set up to e her into a wall.
Be sure to do golems or grump, this is important for you to hit lvl 6 b4 cait and nau hits theirs, and @ lvl 6 in that 2v2 matchup, cait combined with a nau will surely destroy your tiny hp pool
