I have done bout 10 normals now as full AP Amumu and only loss 3. I master his E first then alternate q and w. My first game trying this i went 22/11/10 and all but two games i had double kills. Am i just getting lucky or is it OP. If its good please give me tips ass I would like to keep trying it

It's not good in lane but it's good in teamfights.
I'd say yes... but it is very risky. You need to build a lot of durability on him because 50% of his damage comes from sticking in a fight for a long time after his initial Q+R burst. He is sort of an all or nothing champ when built AP, because if he goes in and doesn't kill someone really fast, he'll get blown up before he can finish them. However, his damage is really high, so a build like 
which gets a fair amount of HP and resists (along with Seraphs shield) could work.
If you want someone just as strong as amumu, but also someone who does good mid, then just play zyra mid. Big aoe cc, cc on her q, and great teamfight potential.

instead of and also build more health stuff with ability power, so guess not necessarily pure ap but major ap . Also the level part don't really matter cuz i play with a couple ranked people
You might be doing well because people are not used to such a match-up. Overall, it depends on your skill in the matter and how well it works with your team comp.
Are most of your kills from your w or sunfires kill stealing?
nope most kills i do solo. i have gotten my w to do 10% of there health per second so i turn it on before i use q then use my e and r if need to
