dumped by xerath

so I did some ranked earlier, picked akali mid and this other guy picks xerath. proceed to get my face absolutely kicked in with never ending long range damage and booted out of lane.

now I don't know if this is just a bad match up or (most likely) I just got extremely outplayed, I'm pretty sure I was too predictable with my movement since I wasn't able to juke many skill shots but I literally couldn't touch the guy and was barely even able to q creeps for cs because I was zoned so hard.
