Looking For a Good Udyr Guide

I'm thinking about picking up Udyr, but I just can't seem to find a good guide to get me started. Here is what I'm looking for:

1. Up to date - I need something that reflects the current state of the game, especially the nerfs to feral flare.

2. In Depth - Ideally with a complete guide to each of the 'styles' of Udyr including skill order and suggested builds. Needs to explain the actual pros and cons for each.

3. Needs to be for jungle Udyr - I know he can be used in other lanes but I want to focus on jungling with him for now.
