I know there are no such things as the best Top Lane champion but I would like know those who has lots of potential in game and no matter they get throw at they are very capable of carrying a whole team.Any suggestions? What are your thoughts?

You guys got it all wrong! Renekton, Volibear , and Jayce in my opinion are so strong right now.
In order to carry an entire team, a champion has to win lane and snow ball first. Most champions that scales really well off of stats from one or two kills are often also very easily shut down.
For the purpose of winning a game solely (or at least mostly) by yourself, I would recommend: Riven, Vayne, Gnar, Fiora, Akali, Rek'sai, and Fizz for top.
The key aspect of these champions is that they have great synergy with one particular item in game that will give them a massive power spike. As well, most of them have an ult that practically guarantees a kill if they use it.
It makes it easy for them to snag a kill in lane, hit their spike before their opponent, and proceed to carry the game. As well, these champions are extremely mobile, so enemies can't run away from them and deny them further kills.
Carry from top lane? I'd go with these...
Gnar; just too good right now. Most lane matchups are safe or favorable. Scales really well as a split push duelist in mini form. Mega form has super destructive tank abilities. You should build Gnar quite tanky with 1 or 2 damage items at most because he has a lot of damage and utility baked into his kit.
Jax. I find in lower ranks games go longer and people don't know how to punish hyper carries with weak laning phases. Jax is just a frightening champ once he obtains some of his core items... He just has really really great damage with just Trinity Force and Blade of the Ruined King. Build him tanky after that. You will be able to 1v1 nearly anything and split push and divide the enemy team up. If not you are still strong in fights.
Irelia. Similar to Jax but with a safer lane phase. More emphasize on a mid game power spike. Irelia is known to be the anti range pick for top lane because of her powerful mobility, anti CC passive, a long duration stun and high burst damage. I give Irelia a lot of respect when playing against her because she is a powerful force if snowballing. Not quite the duelist Jax is late game.
Jarvan. He may perhaps be the best jungle at the moment but he's a great top lane pick too. Jarvan is more about early game and utility. His sustained damage output is lacking compared to most auto attackers; Jarvan is more of the type to burst you down with his armor pen and combos. His Q attack has some real range. He's great at going all in against range if he lands the knockup combo. Most Jarvans top build heavy AD and tanky later to assassinate squishies and snowball. Tank later.
I'd look into Rumble for an AP. Tricky to learn but very worth it if you do. Just a monster in teamfights.

I believe this beast is as of now, really, really strong against most top lanes, as nobody can really counter or stomp him in lane. Try him out, and see the power of renekton in the early and mid game, cuz this guy is a beast.
