I just want some general tips on how I could possibly overcome this duo with their double stealth and double poison. It is the most annoying thing I have encountered in LoL. I get zoned so hard I can't even farm against them well.
Cait and heals. Outrange + anti poisen
they both have very low range so they're an easy lane to beat with a champion like caitlyn or jinx
Leona. You're playing against two of the absolute squishiest people in game and neither one has a reliable escape...pair with a Leona...stay back...they pop out, zenith blade, exhaust...one down, one to go.

I can't give you specific tips on how to counter this lane because it depends on what adc and support you have which determines what type of playstyle you should utilize. In general, going a long range adc like caitlyn/jinx is the easiest way to deal with this lane since both teemo and twitch are have 550 aa range or less. If you can't trade effectively against these two, just play passive and farm. You can always wait until ur jungler ganks or laning phase ends. Also BUY PINK WARDS as both champions are stealth and u can protect yourself against teemo shrooms.
pink wards. They're all stealth. Teemo doesn't need to move to gank you, and twitch can just surprise you when you don't expect it. so get pink wards.
