NorthernDruid2 votesIf you're building Ardent Cencer with only 2 AS reliant members of the party, why not finish your spellthief into a Frost Queen's Claim? That active could be a nice substitute for all those times you use your ult for disengage.
ishootkill1 votesThis is a great observation, I guess my only answer is most players of my caliber (high silver, borderline gold) either forget to use all their cooldowns or don't use them at the best time, so I never buy frost queen's claim so I can buy my passive items faster. Obviously a player of higher caliber would not feel this way!
