I am forever stuck around b4/b3, can someone look me up and give some advice on what I am doing wrong or could change, etc,.

Well, I notice a lack of specialization in any particular role or champion. Knowing your own champion well, its power spikes and matchups, can be very beneficial.

You're not upgrading your ward trinket, that can help. In fact, looking at your wards per game, you don't even seem to use the basic trinket much.

You also play quite a bit. Something as simple as taking a break and being in the right mental state can help. Go play a normal if you're not in the mood for ranked.

As a general tip,

Always buy wards no matter who you are.
Don't roam until you have gotten tier 1 tower in your lane.
I got out of bronze by playing Thresh support most if the time, so if you can master thresh, you can get the ADC fed and win most of your games.
