El Capitan Performance when watching YouTube and playing League of Legends

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 "Displays have separate Spaces" Turned ON

Here is a video of the video artifacts that are displayed during game play.

This could be a League of Legends Interacting badly with the new El Capitan or a Capitan bug, I'm not sure. I've tested, Portal 2, DOTA2 and Planetary Annihilation all have no issue with OSX. Only League of Legends =(
