The Best MID Laners. for 4800IP and below

Xerath, Viktor, and Orianna are some of my favorites, whenever they're not favored by the meta they're still not too far out, so always at least mostly viable.

It's unfortunate, but it depends on your playstyle at least some. In general, I find that Lux provides a lot of utility, and Annie is a champion that gives a lot of reward without a high skill curve. Katarina isn't mechanically complex but may take some advanced decision-making skills (meaning don't jump in on things you can't kill).

Generally, if you get Annie or Lux, you should have presence and a good time in Solo Q. For Lux, you mostly stay near the back and use your Q and E to peel and disable, even generate picks. W can be used to shield allies during the fight, R is a good finisher or opener, depending on opportunity. Can also be used to snipe ki-- I mean, secure kills.

Annie has great initiation with Flash + Tibbers + Stun. She's not very complex to learn and doesn't suffer from skillshots (but has some area-targeted spells), while having a lot of power if you've built her the right way. She can also unnerve players if you kill them early, or if they simply have had bad experiences against Annie. Bonus with Annie is that you can be in the thick of the fight and still be OK, whereas Lux will generally favour some distance.

I own kat, ahri . I dislike playing lux so much. When ori was free I had a great time. What are your thoughts on brand? his pole seems super usefull. MY games with annie was not the best.

Annie.. her reward kiting for good plays allow her to snowball and carry with tibers.

I'd honestly reccomend nunu for a mid laner if your team doesnt require a heavy ap mid laner as he has great abilities to burst down in teamfights and sustain in the laning phase alongside being quite tanky without any items but health and ap
