I guess I'm bad at carrying?

Okay, so this is my first forum post ever. I've been having serious issues in league with my teammates oh geez, another one of these but no. Seriously, I recently hit gold V because I'm usually a casual player decided to go tryhard. I racked up wins to gold 3 and did good most games. I have been having serious troubles as an ADC main trying to carry. If you look at my match history, almost all my defeats have teammates that have atrocious KDA's. I generally always win my lane but when we get into late game I can't out-carry a fed mid, top or jungle. I honestly have good positioning, do my job, but we just cant win. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Maybe I just have horrible luck. Although I've dropped from gold 3 to gold 2 0 LP and probably going to go to gold 5. I seriously don't see error in the majority of my play. Any tips or advice on what to do? All my friends that want to duo with me are pretty garbo TBH, so I usually solo que. I might just be shit at carrying, but I would like any help if possible lol.

One its really hard to give tips without seeing you play and 2 adc is one of the hardest roles to carry with low elo because of the fact that no one knows how to peel. When i adc im half a screen behind my team and literaly champs like xin and many more just walk passed my team without even being touched and target me. No one knows how to win team fights low elo. Protect the adc=win the game. Higher elo its easy to carry with if your good at adc cause people know how to peel

Check out replay.gg. I don't know what the problem you're speicifically having is, but it's more than likely going to show up if you look through your games and analyze them.

Climbing the ladder is not easy my friend. It just takes time. If you look at pro accounts when they first started they did hundreds and hundreds of games. Take my friend Guthix for example: http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=Guthix Most likely he got plat 1 out of provisionals. Close to 800 games later he has barely moved. It's a dreadful grind tbh.

As a Top main I can say peeling for an ADC is not easy, Most of the time no matter how much I try to keep people off of them I can't always keep a Olaf or flashing Riven off you. I know how to peel but sometimes it just feels like there's nothing I can do to keep you guys alive lol.
