Need help with rengar

Hi i usualy play and alot but i have recently played and i like it. I would like to know some of your ideas for runes masteries top and jungle, also like go /w 10% cdr runes or 3 mr 6 cdr and stuff like that.Item order item sets what ever.

The more the better thanks for reading this:P

P.S. I want jungle tips aswell since is kinda new lane for me.
