Looking for plat/ diamond mmr players to play norms with to help improve.

Basically the title. Im not neccesarily looking for tips (though they are welcome) but am looking for someone to increase the mmr of the opposing team so I can get better quicker facing more advanced opponents. My ign is Vasgoth if anybody is interested in helping a noob out. I am currently a silver 5 mid main. Thanks in advance!
