Tips for Early game Jinx or ADC's

Farm, farm, and farm some more. Your job is to wreak havoc in teamfights later in the game. Play laning phase safe and grab as much CS as you can. Don't be afraid to use Rockets or your W to get farm, especially cannons. Play opportunistic with your support. Jinx can easily chain CC with her chompers and W, meaning you can easily win trades and pick up kills. On the other hand, you need to keep river warded. Jinx is highly immobile and will almost certainly die to ganks (or at least have to burn flash). Warding is the key to Jinx's success. Last bit of advice: you win games by staying alive. Limit your deaths and you'll be a monster late game.

Jinx scales well but she's also quite the lane bully once she gets a couple ranks in her Q. Use your rocket form to harass your enemy ADC when they move forward to CS. If your support makes a play try to position your chompers so that the enemy can't retreat. Poke with your W if you think you can land the skillshot.

With Jinx you don't have to get a kill in lane to do well mid-late game, but it's also very possible to get one if you play properly. Don't be afraid to go aggressive, she has a lot of damage and kill pressure especially once she's got her ult.

If you lose lane then try to get back into the game by sniping people with well placed ults. Usually you can pickup a kill or two from this in the midgame to make you formidable again.
