Azir help
Im learning to play as 
azir and i need help against assassins and tips for teamfights if you have good tips on how to play as azir in general that would be nice too

Play Azir kind of like an AD carry; you wanna stand back pretty far and autoattack with your soldiers from range. I know it's super cool to E in there and get a sweet Flash ult, but in most games you're better off using it to peel for yourself or your ADC.
Deal with assassins the same way you would as any other squishy mage. Just try your very best not to feed them and you'll outscale them for late game teamfights.

you basically have to force them out of lane early and get a lead because the minute they hit 6 and if you haven't taken 
you're gonna die. Against an assassin like 
you just have to build MR.
Get used to his escape. W>E>Q is faster and more efficient than W>Q>E, but it takes timing and getting used to. His turret passive is a great utility, but try not to throw it down just because its up. Think of it as an objective assist, its very important. If it looks like there's going to be a fight, throw it down. If they're all shoving up a lane, and you have some minions nearby, throw it down. If they're all in one lane and you have no minions, its most likely going to be destroyed very quickly. Its also good for further pressuring a siege, since they cant safely dive you if its still up
Another thing to remember is that your ult gets bigger as you rank it up. It starts small(4 soldiers width) but gets relatively big(6 soldiers). You can wall off more sections later on.
Also don't forget that if you collide into someone with your E, you gain a shield. It's very important for more flashy, and risky plays
I suggest you dont play him other than for t fun unless your high gold or platinum he is a mechanically difficult champion not to mention he is slow, squishy and does not provide any burst damage. He is more a LCS champion than one for solo Q at the moment.
