AD marks, Armor seals, MR glyphs, AS quints = 8610 IP.

The only seals and glyphs you need are the armor and MR. After you get those you can diversify your rune pages with marks and quints.

depends on the runes, but a full page will be anywhere from about 8600 to 14000 depending on the runes you get. But that's only for the first page and maybe the second, after that you will likely only be replacing one type of rune at a time.

However, additional rune pages past the first 2 will cost you 6300 IP each, so plan on that if you are going to have multiple pages.

The cost of tier 3 runes is too damn high!
