Jungling problems

I am having problems ranking up at the moment, almost at the bottom of gold 4. I hit my promos to gold 3 before but I recently got back from a temporary duty assignment. Since I have been back, it has been a mess in almost every game and because I lost every game as jungle but soon as top/mid. Can I get some help on what I can do to improve myself?
