Feeders in low ranking games

Started a game with a guy names Feeds for Fun IDC and, since I didnt dodge for some reason, he decided to, believe it or not, feed. Before I Alt+F4'd (you really expect me to stay in a game with that guy?) he was 0-6 at about 7 minutes. Anything that can be done about this shit, or do we lowly Silvers just have to put up with it? I have a hard time carrying as a support.
