Getting bullied in lanes...what to do, what to do?

Hi Its my first post but I just wanted to know if there is some sort stance you should take when your getting bullied in you lane in other words when they constantly are having you under your own tower. This situation pertains also to when the opposing teams support is taking a "poke you in the face" stance every time our ADC try's to cs. I had a game recently like this with a lulu support was just in our face the entire early game.

i usally call my jungle for help. even if gank fails the presure of doing this a couple times will make them back off. Then i do it right back to them.

give up ur bot tower asap, freeze lane 2nd tower

It's hard to say without being able to watch the game, but a good general rule is to try and get as much as you can without feeding. As long as you're not feeding you can usually catch up in the midgame.
