Noob question
Hello as a player who has only played bot games what would be better for me to learn playing vs others blind pick or team builder?

If you're focusing your practice on a single or handful of champions then team builder is likely the best option. It ensures that you're going to get to play your preferred champion or roles every match whereas blind pick is sheer chaos when it comes to matches.
Keep in mind that normals are always pretty hit and miss (even team builder) so be prepared to lose a lot of matches. It's something that happens but just do your best to learn something from every match and focus on finding enjoyment in the game regardless of the outcome of each particular match.
I honestly wish I had team builder when I was first starting. It gives you the choice of what lane and who you want to play and if you notice the champ trolls if gives you the option to find a new group with out being punished.
Team builder, but I suggest going back to bots and perfecting your Csing skills first. You want 100 by 10mins
Based off your champion, play some custom games and just work on timing your AA's for csing. learn how much of the bar each of your attacks do w/o any harass. then try it with a begginer bot in lane. Then try giving harass AND csing. When you get the hang of how to use that champion play some normal Team builder.
The times i used customs first on a champion, I have had such greater success since i'm not stuck in a long period of time in game struggling beacuse of an early mistake etc. I.E with the new jungle I did a lot of customs to figure out a good jungle path for my champions, when I can do dragon etc.
So I highly suggest you get comfortable with your champion then play some Teambuilder for your role.
Thanks all for the answers I have been practicing on my cs'ing abit and played a couple games on an alt thinking it would be better to start fresh did well for a few one thing i noticed people will report you for leaving even if its an emergency and most will not give any constructive criticism other than "go play bots" but to those who are nice to us newbs who are learning and dont mind a horrid game thanks!
