LOL... the next best thing to ap Ez with Smite.. Vayne with Sated Devourer.. it creates two shot silver bolt.... you can trigger silver bolt 3 times in six auto rather than 2 times...

Everyone know's this and no one cares cause it requires her to be afk farming for the majority of the game.
So, you waste 2k gold for item which gets useful for you only when you manage to stack it up. Also, as an ADC, you cannot afford yourself to afk farm for next 10 minutes after you get Devourer, because:
- You're one of the most impactful team members in eventual teamfights.
- In case of being ambushed by enemy jungler, you're probably going to be screwed, as you are squishy as hell. I've been watching today one of the streams and one Vayne actually bought Devourer (the streamer played on D2 on EUW). That Vayne had 4 stacks by 30 minute of the game. Merely 4. Which means she/he wasted about 2k gold he could use to buy something more useful. Unless we start something like, I don't know, ADC and support jungler meta, this isn't such a great idea. Works only on paper.
If you can get dem 30 stacks with just attack speed and some magic onhit damage, no lifesteal early game with a champion known for her weaker early game, and can get enough takedowns and camps (without letting your lane opponents push your lane down, again no lifesteal so camps are going to hurt).
If she's not jungling, it'll at least take her awhile. If she builds it, the jungler should be camping her ass due to her incredibly weak early game without so much as a bork to help her.

Vayne scales off AS so the Recurve Bow after BOTRK is fine. You replace PD/Shiv with Devourer.
You should have BOTRK before 12-14 and Devourer by 20.
You should be farming the JG whenever you rotate mid. Have your JG farm some of the side lanes that you'd normally be farming since you're taking their JG.
You should have control over Scuttle, Gromp or Gregs, and Red buff or wolves. When you rotate mid take raptors. Ideally your jungler should let you get the finishing smite on Dragon.
Your JG shouldn't be running Devourer themselves.
