Taking a look at your games I see you favor ADC. Key skills for an ADC is kiting, CS, and positioning. I have not seen your games personally but a common thing I see as a support main from low elo ADC is a lack in one or more of these skills. Make sure to keep moving even while attacking. Many of your games I see you have less then 200 CS at 40+ minutes. That right there is something to work on. Kills are great but every 15 cs or so is another kill worth of gold, if your getting 100+cs by 10 minutes then you will quickly find yourself out of bronze. Work on preventing the enemy from getting CS and getting more CS yourself. You don't need kills you need gold and there are many methods for acquiring gold. Make sure you position yourself well too. As an ADC your very squishy and seeing games with 10+ deaths tells me you were likely out of position a lot in those games. Remember as ADC you want to stay alive to deal your damage (even if it is only to the enemy tank). Don't be the guy in the front, hang in back and punish enemies that get caught by your front line or divers.

Like others have said, you need to focus on yourself, and not on your teammates. Find something that would be good to improve upon: cs, warding, not dying, etc. and work on that relentlessly. After you feel you have gotten better than average at the one skill, move on to the next one. Always try to improve yourself, and don't worry about your teammates. If you focus on improving yourself, the elo will come naturally. If you focus on your elo, you will only become frustrated and flounder in the same spot endlessly.

I definitely don't belong in bronze, but my teammates always drag me down

Step One: Come to the realization that this statement is untrue. Every game you ever lost since you started playing has only one thing in common, and that is YOU.

Step Two: Once you accept that is YOU that isn't good enough, you can now work on improving and weeding out your many many mistakes.

Step Three: Spam ranked until you stop climbing, then find out what it is that you need to do different to win in your new elo.

Final Step: Rinse and repeat

This post is so cancerously stereotypical I don't know if it's serious or not.

by accepting you do suck, you do belong in bronze, and that if you were good enough your team wouldnt matter since its bronze after all http://imgur.com/pzfXBnV if i can rofl stomp in high gold you can do it in bronze if you actually deserve to rank up

Statistically, your opposing teams have just as many bad players on them as your teams. There is no such thing as ELO hell. The first step to getting out is realizing your own contributions to losses.

Take some lessons from high-ranked players. Just two one-hour lessons bumped me from bronze 4 to silver 4 last season.
