Almost 1yr break. Help Pls

I played LoL on and off a year or so ago. I did reach lvl 30, but never got into ranked games really. I pretty much taught myself along the way. Coming back I am sure I will be terrible (most of my later games were anyways as I tried to learn new champs), but my question is. Should I start out on another account to learn again or does it even matter at this point? I would hate to bring the other players in a match down as I'm learning again. Any info would be appreciated.

I'd start again if I were you as the game has changed drastically and learning from the ground up could be helpful.

Start playing on teambuilder or even just some practice against bots. I find for myself when I try new champs I will make custom matches versus bots so I can learn the mechanics without the pressure of winning or losing the game. Also my cs with those champs improves.

I would just stick to playing normal games for awhile. Specifically teambuilder and bot games. These are less serious so it is a good place to practice until you can get back into the feel of the game.
