I would only duo with someone you know and go on skype or whatever with. Or someone who can just flat out carry you.

I played adc when I was in bronze and it can really suck. A lot of the times your support will be someone who really did not want to support or someone who legitimately doesn't know what to do. Laning phase is very important so here are a few things you can practice for bottom lane. First, the basic harass; watch your minions health and auto attack the enemy adc as he is last hitting a minion. You can continue to trade or just get a free auto/abiliy and back off (based on the matchup). Run into the bush if its not warded to drop the creep aggro. Second, master and be wary of lvl 2 power spike. If they hit lvl 2 first and go on you it may burn your flash/heal or put you so low you can hardly stay therefore getting instantly zoned. Maybe tell your support pre game you want to rush lvl 2 and fight. It is really really hard to lose when your both lvl 2 and they are lvl 1. If they hit lvl 2 first ping careful for your supp so that he doesn't get engaged on. So many times I've had my support get first blooded lvl 2 and you can't really do much besides heal. Hope this helps, good luck!

Look to take dragon if you kill the enemy bot lane and your jung is bot side.
