Is there a way to make attack move prioritize champions? Thanks!

yes, so there is a hotkey for "target champions" that is defaulted to " ~ " (tilde key). You can go into options to change this hotkey any time you want. To use this command, you hold down the hotkey and then try to cast an ability or autoattack and it will only cast on champions.
