I purchased a skin for lee sin but i'm 5 RP short on is there any way i can get an extra 5 RP.

Submit a ticket to support and explain the situation! Often times they are willing to overlook the small amount of missing RP (if it is truly a small amount) and they might give you the 5 RP you need! It might take a day or two to hear back from support though so be patient! Hope this helps!
