Too many people Surrender

In solo q people keep surrendering on perfectly good games and I'm always the only one who votes no. It's really annoying when does it stop?? D: Things like an afk or one fed enemy champ and people start crying and saying gg even though our kills are pretty much even... Its kind of annoying just had to make a post to vent lol
