I figured out that Ashe with 
is op. when you activate your q at five stacks and hit the enemy with you basic attack twice, you proc instantly. With the help of its second passive and Ashes passive you are able to kite really easily. Add 
into the picture and you attack faster and kite better. plus you are able to proc black cleavers passive faster. After those main items you can decide what is better on the game. Tanks are no problem anymore.
I've used Black Cleaver on Ashe before, and it's pretty good if you're able to stick around long enough for it to stack up. However, it's best if there's another strong AD threat on your team and many bruisers will want to build their own BC. There's no point in have two on a team. It's good as a last item against fed tanks alongside a Last Whisper if you're going glass cannon. Otherwise you build BC instead of LW.

CONS: Takes time to stack up against each target Less overall armour penetration than Last Whisper Does not stack with other allied champion's Black Cleavers Costs 700gp more than Last Whisper
What's op is Darius with black cleaver. 20 percent cdr on his q that half heals his health?? Armor shred on anyone who's hit by his q?? Dat movespeed boost that lets him to position better for his next q? Dat extra health that scales so well into Darius? Procs very nicely with his passive. With black cleaver, prolonged team fight with darius = death.
Black cleaver is Darius's axe itself.
What's op is Darius with dead man's plate. You can't even kite him anymore. What's op is Darius with titanic hydra. Darius scales with health now.
So riot suddenly "reworked" Darius and came up with all these items specifically designed for him... He had received a lot of love from riot.
I don't want to see him getting nerfed though. I really like sustain champions and I want to main Darius now.
