AP ashe in ranked

Not illegal, but people want to actually WIN in ranked for some weird reason.

Considering the only AP scaling she gets is from her ultimate, I'd say you're going to do little more than feed.

why would you want to do that?

The only reason to build AP Ashe is to nuke people with your ult.

Better to go AP Varus or AP MF, they have decent AP numbers on their kits.

btw, is it illegal to play ap ashe support with smite? I usually use smite to take blu at level 1 and then carry the game

No, it is not "illegal" to play AP Ashe in ranked... However - there is no point in doing that.

She scales rather poorly with AP, and the only skill that scales have long cooldown.

Also, the only spell that scales well with AP also have high base, so it's pretty strong regardless of your AP.

Anyway, there is not a single reason to play AP Ashe, or at least I fail to see one.

It depends on your intent. If you are going AP Ashe because you genuinely believe that it is good, you shouldn't be punished. But if you are doing it in order to upset people, or to be funny, or to get attention, that will probably result in a ban.

Feigned innocence is usually not going to protect you from punishment though.

It is most certainly not illegal to do, but in League, especially ranked, people want to know that their team is reasonable and strong, AP ashe and other Out of Meta picks are more of a normals thing.

i wish the community were like in season 2, all love all peace. in the past and actual journey players tend to get flamed for the most stupid reasons.
