HELP ME :( How Do I Build LEONA ? which CHAMPS do I stay away from?
If some one can help me! I want to learn how to maximize her performance on the battle field and who am I weak against and who I can defeat easily... my fav champ lol Idk why

Alright standard leona build is relic shield, sighstone, and boots. You then get face of the mountain and locket and frozen heart. Your last item depends on the game, but I usually go randuins or righteous glory. Boots are up to you I usually go merc or ninja but you can go mobi. Easy match ups are sona, soraka, zyra, and nami, They are all squishy and don't have reliable enough disenage, so you can just all in them. Hard matchups include alistar, morgana, janna, and tahm kench. Alistar can just knock you up then knock you back under his tower if you engage, or knock your adc away. Morg counters you with black shield, though you can outplay her if you bait it or switch targets quickly. Janna can interupt your e with her q and it's difficult to get kills on her after lvl 6. Tahm is too tanky to focus and can just eat his adc if you focus them instead. Getting kills with her in lane is pretty easy if you have a decent adc. After laning phase look to roam and catch people out of position. You can make picks with her ult. At lvl 16 with max cdr, it only has a 36 second cooldown so don't' worry about wasting it. You can stunlock the enemy team pretty hard if you engage, but be careful about taking 5v5s because even if you cc perfectly you won't win that fight if your allies are too far behind or don't properly follow up. The best way to carry in solo que is to be aggresive and get your adc fed in lane, then ward the enemy jungle and look for picks. You can totally do 5 v 5 engages if your team is ahead or you have a wombo comp (i.e. amumu/malphite/oriana, etc.). One last tip watch your mana (don't go in if you don't ahve enough mana for your full rotation, her costs are pretty high). Also, in lane, you should hide in the bush, cast your w, wait 2.5 seconds, then e to the enemy adc. This way the damage from your w goes off right as you land on them so they get bursted without you having to stay in range for 3 seconds. Anyway good luck!
Basically what Bow Hunter said. If My team is really ahead I'll buy Frozen Gauntlet for the Sheen proc and slow. It does change the combo up slightly. E > AA > Q > AA.

For me it can depend on the match up. But always I get these things first -
. Then I take these depending on what I'm going against (choose 2)-
start relic shield, get sightstone first, swap out trinket for sweeper
from there it depends
I like merc treads on her, but you can also go mobi boots
laning phase going on still? get targons. Teamfighting already? How about a nice glacial shroud.
They got mr? Rush an aegis. Upgrade that shroud into a frozen heart.
Get that face of the mountain now. Turn that aegis into a locket.
If you're still playing after all that, a randuins or spirit visage depending on who on the enemy team is carrying.

Well first off 
is most often (aka almost always) played as a Tanky Support. So this item --> and its upgrades 
, & are pretty much mandatory. Plus they work well with her being a Tank Support. AND this item line lets her last hit minions to get gold for her and get some for your carry you are lanning with.
A major support to watch out for is the anti-engage supports. Most notably: and her Black Shield which NEGATES crowd control. Leona's Shield of Daybreak (Q), Zenith Blade (E), and her ultimate Solar Flare (R) all have CC (Crowd Control) effects. As long as Morgana's Black Shield is up on your target they wont do anything besides damage the Black Shield instead.
I once impressed an enemy 
while I was playing support because almost every time he went to hook my carry I just used her Black Shield to pretty much say: NOPE! Eventually though I became the target so I couldn't deny him his hooks as often! Worth it though. Was a fun match honestly...
Anyways back to Leona. Some really good items on her are: due to its Armor, CDR (Cooldown Reduction), Mana, and its unique aura. is good also due to its Health, Magic Resist, Base health regen, CDR, and its unique active and aura. Hope this helps!
Edit: Oh yeah forgot to mention this item / as its another mandatory item on supports. Same goes for and its upgrade you can buy at Lvl 9 --> 
Get sightstone before anything, in low tier games where no one on your team will ward, it is mandatory.
First back I can usually get Sightstone, (maybe boots, maybe relic shield upgrade, depends on lane) if not boots get a purple ward and put it in a GOOD location not a shit location. Look up good purple locations on google. Congratulations you now have vision on the entire bottom half of the map and are actually helping your team win. A lot of people like to get relic shield first and buy green wards.....why? the ONE extra stack for CS is not worth what you are spending on wards, and you get almost no stats for it....why take that when you could have 3 wards and HP. Also make sure to swap yellow trink for sweeper.
6 and engage on everyone and anyone you see even if you die.
