Carrying from Plat V to Plat I and then only loosing.

Hello. All in the title. I was Plat V one week ago. I started to play ranked a lot and in 8 days, i went from Plat V to Plat I. I've carried each of my games as adcarry and since i'm in Plat I, i never carry any game. Sometimes it's me who fails, sometimes my team just feeds trash champs ( Fizz, Maokai, Kata, LB.. ) and as an adcarry, i can't deal with them. I got demoted to Plat 2 and i'm still loosing.. I feel so bad atm :/.. Any tips ?

take a break, go back and play again later

I was on massive tilt a little while ago and now I've just gone back to what I do best (irelia), spamming it over and over again and whenever I lose a game I just take a break, and then when I win I absolutely stomp the game like mad.
