If I'm playing Kalista can enemy team see who I'm bound too?
I'm talking about the soul link section. Not the ultimate obviously. Sometimes I like to bind to our jungler instead and want to know if they can actually see the link?

No one but kalista and her bound partner see it.
yes, but they cant see the line thingy. so if I'm on the enemy team and I click your character, I can see the black spear like you can tell whether you're drinking a health potion, so I could also click your soulbound and see the same thing. also you can see a small red circle beneath your soulbound and you. I'm quite sure of this but if im wrong then...well, yeah...sorry
