Hi my name is chris and i have been playing since the end of season 2 and im still stuck in silver ;_: Yeah i know 3 years now and im still stuck. my favorite roles are mid lane and jungle and occasionally support if i get to play nami or janna. Any advice or help you could give me would be greatly appreicated

interms of taking advantages sometimes you do need help which is a problem i have. an example being we just killed 2 people and its now a 3v5 and my team wont take baron and push they will farm and jungle

this is what im having happen.
goes annie mid cho top kill 4 outta 5 and for no reason other then backing my whole team just goes farming. and as annie you dont have much regen and pushing a tower solo as ap cho who just won the fight with his 500 damge qs i cant in good faith go get that turret when the only one alive is a fizz or brand and im 1/2 life best is a horrible idea
im gonna try spam pining and feeding if necessary to get them to push and win/loss faster
i respawn turrets dont

fdissht1 votesIf they freeze, roam If you jump champions, that should give you a huge champion pool allowing you to build around your team and enemy, thats a huge advantage you should take into consideration.
Anatharion1 votesIf they freeze and you roam they can push your turret and take it down with the help of their jungler before you even come back. Then there team gets a big global gold bonus and there whole team becomes stronger.
How does this help your team? How does this help your team win? How does leaving an open objective behind to be taken easily help you get out of Silver?
You will never ever see this in the LCS.

Don't tell me you've never seen -A kat go bot lane to snag kills because opposing midlaner was too passive -A leblanc roam bot or top for a quick kill -A Nidalee go down for a quick spear -Zigs go down throw his ult -Lux insta gibbing with a combo -Xerath sniping a few easy kills
You're talking about a hypothetical situation where the jungler just so happens to be mid as you leave, and the mid laner noticing and pushing immediately as you leave (which if they do you can turn around) I can also hypothetically say your jungler is at red camp and can watch your mid tower for you, but you know situations don't always happen the way you think it will.
In a GENERAL sense, roaming is definitely not a bad idea if they're playing passive/freezing.
Anatharion1 votesThe only time you can roam is when you push the lane and you know they are going to have to take some time before they can get the lane back to your tower and do damage to it.
You don't roam as an effective strategy when the enemy is freezing the wave.
What you actually do is you have to bring your team in and push the wave hard into the enemies tower to reset the lanes. That's how the pro's do it.

1)Pros have roamed botlane after getting blue from jung 2)We aren't pros, pros not only have much more experience but also communication via headset, knowledge of teammates plays,etc.
As stated earlier roaming in a GENERAL sense is better, calculate your risk.
I've seen roams from bronze-diamond (in game), it works sometimes, it fails other times, this is where experience comes in

agreed its low elo though. kata is perma ban becuase its a set in stone fact that the others on your team wont handle her well
you can spma the shit outta a level 6 kata mia and your bot will still feed a double...

sadly not viable at low elo. the number of times ive given up on a feeding adc to help mid or top and gotten reporting is beyond depressing...
its legit go way im soloing this lane... most games and its already to late to salvage bottom even with jungles help and mids usually dont roam bot....

I can duo with you on my smurf sometimes to see for myself in game what could be improved :)

Once you win your lane you can move around the map and make a difference in the jungle and gank bot or top for free kills.
