Hi Friends!
I'm a top lane main. However, I'm starting to enjoy jungle more and more. My only problem is, I'm struggling with finding that one champion that I mesh with. What are some good champs to help you climb elo around the gold-plat area? I'd like a few champs from top lane and jungle please!

While I'm not gold-plat, I prefer top lane and jungle.
great jungler, decent clear times and ganks if you can land your Q, master of CC and no one can escape you
tons of AoE damage, decent clears, good ganks with Q, excellent team fighting with your tears and ult
As far as typical top laners that are good junglers, there's
Cinderhulk has great synergy with his health gain, ganks are okay, clears are good, teamfights are amazing. Plus, if you die while fighting Baron you can solo him while in zombie mode because of the %health damage and life steal
personally never played him but I've seen it quite a bit
good against tanks, master duelist and with 
no one can 1v1 you
Insanely fast clear times. Great candidate for counter jungling. Versatile build and ability orders. Can be built as a AD bruiser, AP bruiser or full out tank. Can prioritize targeted AD damage output or AOE AP damage output. Also has great sustain. His weakness is that he is very susceptible to slows and kite style champs. Better as a jungler than a top laner.
Manaless. Great sustain. Has an AD steroid. Low cool downs. His ultimate is a "do not die" button. Built fully tanky and still deals significant damages. No hard CC and if you miss a cleaver your target will escape. Good as both a jungler or a top laner.
Incredible at ganking. Near impossible to peel off her target. Very mobile, can move through walls. Excels at killing assassins before they can kill their targets. Must be built as a bruiser or a tank. Will not work well if built glass cannon. Fumctions as a decent top laner, works much better as a jungler.
