Does WTFfast actually work?

i call this tips and tricks because it is a tool for ping. or is supposed to be

with having frequent ping issues (live in GA), i never see ping below 90 and very rarely even get below 120.

im not sure if after trying this, it has even made a small impact. (i only tried it because it actually shows up as a link in spot light videos)

It only works if it can route your signal to a more efficient path. In other words it doesn't work for 99.99% of people because it either does a terrible job or there isn't a better route. Don't bother with it.
