At what point do you start doing normals?

Because the majority of games, it seems the skill of the person im going against, far surpasses that of me and my team. It really takes the fun out of it, so how am i supposed to enjoy any game when that happens? should i just keep doing bots? or is starting up this game fresh just a miserable nightmare because everyone is already a veteran simply on a new account?

bots, aram, and play with friends you meet in bots and aram... maybe on the forums if you do that sort of thing..... normals when you want and if you enjoy it, if you dont, stick to bots n aram... maybe players do, and they have a great time.... the nicest players are in aram and bots according to lyte, so enjoy the happiness =^D and appreciate ur Sona cuz she <3's u

if u need more than that, i would say get a few champs that you like (4 easier champs at least), make it to half a page of runes?, lv 10-15 at least? if you are this worried

I started at 15, the problem bout low level normals is that its filled with smurfs, such as gold or silver players

This.

However, it gets better once you've played a bunch of normals because the matchmaking algorithm will start to catch on and put you in games with other less skilled players.

If you're primarily looking to have fun then only go into normals when you're feeling adventurous, but if your main goal is to improve then leave bots behind immediately and never look back.
