I can't climb out of bronze...
I don't blame other ppl for how bad i am... it just seems like i cant carry hard. can someone look at my lolking and tell me what im doing wrong

One can't simply look at your match history to tell you what you're doing wrong. :P
Track your stats on op.gg and see which champions you consistently win over 50% of your games with. Play more of those champs. Work on your CSing and try to play champs that add a lot of dmg / CC / utility to team fights and tower dives (people in low elo tower dive constantly).
It will probably be difficult to climb your way out of bronze without playing a carry role, but I'm sure it's possible. Personally, I've had the most luck with mid/adc, but you have to be confident in your skills and be able to become relevant in every single game (even if your team is losing, you should still be farming your way back into the game and looking for opportunities to take objectives and earn gold).
Ok looking at your Lolking you main support.
- Play more Janna, Morgana. Sona, Blitzcrank, and Taric. Imo these are the best supports and most likely to carry. Janna gives your carry so much peel, and makes them so tanky just watch your mana and focus more on shielding and peeling your carry than poking, plus janna can save turrets and buy time for your team to assist when things are bad. Sona does everything just make sure you rush athenes and spam spell and nab clarity, your team may bitch about not getting heal and exhaust but it's more important to spell spam with sona. Blitz, just get good at nabbing enemies and pick your target wisely (grab champions that are squishy and cant escape). Morg is awesome because she can prevent ganks and her snare sets up kills so easy. Taric is like sona but with better cc early game, he works better with tanky dps teamcomps. I dont put Leona on this list because in bronze if you engage and cc your team might be to "dumb and uncoordinated" to follow in and you end up with a dead leona.
- Time of day 8pm to 2pm, make sure you don't play when kids might play or when the servers are being busy with so many players. This will reduce your chances of leavers afks and disconnects. I win most of my games with kids are in school or in the middle of the night.
- Some games can't be won. It's a hard fact to face but you will probably lose 50% of your games and usually in the lamest way possible. Best way to deal with this is play normals till you get consistently good, work on your champ roster runes and masteries, try to master about 15 competitive champs (3 for each role).
- Framerate and lag. Make sure you have good internet(hardwire your pc or laptop to the router to increase your upload speed and reduce wifi problems) and lower your settings so your framerate is as high as possible. The slower your hardware the slower your reaction,
- Wards and playing safe: ward any bush where the enemy team might gank you from, buy pinks if they have stealth champs, and dont stray to far alone and get ganked. The less gold the enemy team has the less their chances are for winning.
- Teamcomps and carries: Make sure you pick a champ that syncs with your team or fills a niche your team needs. If you're team needs an initiator get a tank, team needs heals get a support, team needs a gapclosing assassin just sup kat or akali and win lol heck Leblanc got popular as a sup long before anyone played her mid. Also usually 2 champions will get most of the kills in game, try to annihialte these champs on the enemy team and protect them on your team when possible stick to the person carrying the game and give them as much support as possible. If you see a teammate making successful plays and completing objectives stick with them and help them out.
