I've always loved Taric, and I've decided to start maining him again, wish me luck everyone :D If anyone has any other advice for playing Taric better, let me know. If anyone wants to ask me about how I play Taric, just ask :).
How does one play 
spam "truly, truly outrageous" everytime you do something remotely noteworthy.
Get a double kill bot? "outrageous"
Avoid enemy gank? "truly outrageous"
Stun enemy support and then subsequently lose half your healthbar in a bad trade? "truly, truly outrageous"
Use W - R to farm that huge wave bot before your adc can get there? "outrageous... truly, truly outrageous"

Have you ever tried him out jungle?
I played him in the jungle against a full AD comp. It was such a stomp.
I'm curious as to why you never finish relic shield?
