11 Effortless Ways to Start Winning More Ranked Games in Season 5

Hi there,

I have reached Diamond in Season 4 and I have written an article about the things that helped me in achieving it. If you kind of desperate and don't know what could you change, give it a go. I am not telling specific things about how to play champions but I rather write about habbits that we should adapt or things that we forget during the games, which cause lower win rates.

Tell me what you think and share with your friends to help them too if it was useful for you.

Really great article for anybody playing the game, not just for ranked. I have a bad habit of fighting the enemy to early and pushing to hard, resulting in me dying more than I should. Even If i get the kill in the process, it's basically a clean slate with little advantage. And I totally agree about not surrendering. Played a game today where two players wanted to quit a game that was fairly close, luckily the rest of the team was on point.... We kept pushing, and eventually overcame the other team, the players wanting to quit stopped typing /surrender and stopped begging us to quit.

Even if you end up losing, just think about trying to improve against a superior team, so that the next time your fighting a solid team, you might be a bit more prepared. Plus just think how satisfying it is to jam up somebodies nexus, don't deny that for your opponents.

And while this isn't a trick, i think it's a tip. In the after game chat, don't say "we would have won if only (X)..." You don't need to cheapen the win of the opponents, if something shitty happened like an AFK, believe me they know. Just say good game, compliment them on a good play, or just don't say anything at all.
