You're level 14. This usually changes once you hit 30.
I hate to preach meta, but that's how people play...
Maybe you decided to proxy before you were strong enough? you gotta be able to tank the wave,and kill it relatively fast
if you want ill duoq with you and ill show you how to 2v1 top lane :)
It'll help once you get tier 3 armor runes.
Also as you can kite the creep damage. Can't just stand there and tank it while the poison slowly does its work. Singed is known to proxy because he can run around while doing damage to the creeps while tanking not too much damage. At some point the creeps might give up aggro on you, so you gotta balance kiting and yet be near to pick it back up
