Laners can die to minion aggro if you gank an over extended lane.

stay close to your laner and zone out the enemy, so ur laner can savely farm the big wave. U get some nice xp from it, so it's not wasted time for you either.

As a toplane main, nothing is worse than ur own jungler kinda baiting u into ur own death, cause u feel like u need to follow up on the gank even though there is a huge minion wave whilst u are low. Either u die, or ur jungler dies and gives away doublebuff(or in raw cases u both make it somehow out alife)
