As a Janna player too, mpen reds always baffle me on her because her Q+W do so little damage (and E gets maxed first in lane) that I don't feel mpen is helping you a great deal. I mean if anything it feels like 8 AD marks + 1 yolo crit chance mark would serve you better if you want to be poking with her.

Jana is probably the easiest support to play. Jana as long as you E the adc your job is done. Q and ult once in a while but all your thinking of as jana is when your E is off cool down
