When to use Crit runes?

I'm just trying to soak up more knowledge and become a better player. :D Soo from what I've noticed I don't see many builds with crit chance other than GP or Trynd why is that? Are they obsolete?

Trist is a good one because she gets AoE when she crits.

Yasuo is good with crit chance runes (his passive doubles his cirt chance)

I like it to try and hit a good value. 33.33% is nice. Great on the new black market mode with triforce and the new mirage item. Only the marks are worth while. 1 crit quint isn't gonna be a big deal but they aren't as cost efficient compared to as quints

Its also decent on Ashe due to her passive

1 crit chance rune on pretty much any Auto attacker

if you are Ashe, replace AD with Crit Damage runes
