Looking for Coach?

Hello I'm currently Silver IV and trying to get better but it doesn't seem to be happening. I barely earned Gold V last season and I can't seem to climb again this season. I'm looking for someone to help me out with getting better, a coach if you will. Please Add Reckta. I'd really appreciate the tips and help.
