Can anyone offer any advice on my created champion?

i recently made this champion and I was looking for ideas on how to really make it public and also what changes should be made. I've already talked to a few people and made some adjustments but I really wanted to make him come to life. I remembered reading a very detailed guideline a long while ago (though I can't seem to find it anymore) that basically said give them as much details as possible which I've tried to do but I'm not sure if there's anything else I should add.

Any help or suggestions?
