Can someone coach me how to teach me to adc properly

I have been playing league for 2 years now and I have started to adc for my team and I would like to get alot better at it. I was hoping that their is a good person out their that could give me a hand and teach me how to become a better adc player. I am in silver 2 right now and k would like to hit a higher rank this season than last season. I would appreciate this greatly if someone could help me out. I am free most days and except Sundays, and Wednesdays but the rest of the week I'm free after 8pm.
